Usable Software.. The USA Amateur Radio Database (about 236 megabytes)
searchable on the Amiga with QRZCD
sorted by callsign, name, location and postal code.
A directory on the CD contains about 6 megabytes of
                  Amiga-related Amateur Radio Software.
Perhaps 100 megabytes of text files concerning hardware
modifications to Amateur Radio equipment, messages posted
to USENET Amateur Radio newsgroups, and other text files.

About 300 meg is software for MSDOS/Windows/OS2/Unix.

Release Date..... February 1995 (An updated CD is released every
                  six months.)

Contents......... Amateur Radio related software for MSDOS, mostly.
The USA Amateur Radio database is most important.
Callsign databases for Canada, Italy, and the UK are also
on the disk, but I have not yet written software to search
                  those databases.

Access Software.. No Amiga access software included with the CDROM.

Comments......... Several other CDs are available with the USA Amateur Radio
database included. QRZCD allows searching this one, only.
If you have an Amiga and want to look up ham radio
operators, QRZCD and QRZ! Ham Radio are, so far,
the only game in town for Amiga users.

Testers Opinion.. I had to have access to this database. I wrote QRZCD myself
and uploaded it to Aminet. I will buy a new edition of this
CD this winter so I can have access to the updated information.
For Amiga owners who need the USA database, this disk = 99%
For other Amiga owners who are into Amateur Radio or
                  communications electronics, 50%.
